Hiles saw this chasm as an opportunity to meet an unrecognized demand, and the outcome was the founding of Western Rim Property Services in 1990. He began building homes that were needed to improve the Dallas rental market, but his exclusive idea of offering luxury apartments, homes and townhomes to working class people in Texas transformed the Dallas landscape for the better single-handedly.
